supply list for Columbia Elementary

KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM SUPPLY LIST:
Backpack – to be carried to and from school for carrying extra clothing, projects, communication folders, etc.
The following supplies will be put into community tubs for sharing and do not need to be labeled:
- 4 large glue sticks
- 1 bottle of Elmer’s glue
- 1 box of colored pencils
- #2 pencils (regular pencils, no fancy ones please!)
- 2 pocket folders (single color – no pictures please, for notes between school and home)
- Prang watercolor paints (not crayola!)
- 1 box crayola fine-tip markers
- 1 box washable crayola markers
- 1 colored stamp pad
- 1 box of crayons
The kindergarten classroom also needs the following additional items. If you can help with any of these it would be appreciated!
- Kleenex
- Sponges (for cleaning)
- Extra glue sticks
- Extra pants and underwear (in case of little accidents!)
- Watercolor paper
- Playdough
- Fingerpaints

FIRST GRADE
CLASSROOM SUPPLY LIST:
The following items will be stored
and distributed to the class as needed:
- 2 to 4 Pink Pearl erasers
- 24 #2 pencils, sharpened please
- 1 set of Crayola Washable
Markers
- 6 to 8 glue sticks
- 1 box of facial tissue, unscented

The following items should
be labeled with your child’s name:
- 1 pencil box
- 1 small pencil sharpener
- 1 box of crayons
- 2 boxes non-perishable snacks,
each to feed 24 students
- 1 pee chee, or other paper
folder with pockets
- 1 set of colored pencils
- A backpack, to bring to school
each day!
* Mrs. O’Malley’s class will need
an adult sized shirt to be used for art projects.
SECOND GRADE
CLASSROOM SUPPLY LIST:

- 2 spiral notebooks with wide ruled paper
- 1 package white, wide ruled notebook paper – 50 sheets in your binder, keep the remainder at home for refills
- 1 package of six subject dividers
- pencil box or zippered bag
- 3 - #2 pencils
- 1 box of 12 or 16 colored pencils
- 1 glue stick
- 1 pair of scissors – student size
- 3 composition books (for Mrs. Sampson's class)
Optional items: calculator, crayons (24 count), ballpoint pen, eraser
